The location was perfect, providing easy access to various shops and commercial services. The hotel's airport shuttle was incredibly convenient, making our arrival and departure hassle-free. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The housekeeping was impeccable, ensuring that our room was always clean and comfortable. We also appreciated the wide range of amenities provided, such as the electric kettle and flat-screen TV, which added to the overall comfort of our stay.

Staying at this hotel was exceptional. the staff was very helpful and made me feel at home even though I was thousands of kilometers away. the hotel and rooms were always clean, and hot water was available at all times. the breakfast and dinner provided were delicious, and I enjoyed them throughout my three-day stay. the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. the room also had a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom with all the necessary amenities.

The hotel did not accept card payments, which was inconvenient for me as I did not have enough cash on hand.

Had a great city break with my family. the breakfast and dinner were very tasty and we felt at home with the helpful staff. the room and hotel were cleaned daily and hot water was available all day. the hotel is in a great location close to key attractions and facilities.

The hotel only accepted cash payments which caused inconvenience. the Wi-Fi was very poor, and the hotel staff didn't accept responsibility, blaming it on our phones.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and always willing to assist with any questions or concerns. The cleanliness of the hotel and rooms was also top-notch. hot water was available at all times, which was a nice convenience.

One major inconvenience was the WiFi connectivity, which was extremely poor. Despite mentioning the issue to the hotel staff, they were not able to resolve it and even blamed my phone for the problem.
